The Key Moments in IREAG History

1992 INTER DECOR, the firm's earliest predecessor, the Building Construction Company, is chartered in Prague.

1994 INTER DEVELOPMENT, a successor of the INTER DECOR, continues with Building Construction, and expands its activities with Real Estate Development.

2006 INTER PROPERTY started with Property Management.

2020 IREAG CZECHIA established Real Estate Agency.

2021 IREAG UK opened Real Estate Agency branch in London.

2022 INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE ASSET GROUP celebrates the 30th anniversary of the firm's presence.

History of the Company

In 1992, the construction company INTER DECOR was founded in Prague. Since its foundation, the company has continuously won prestigious construction contracts for two decades. In the nineties, the company participated in the construction of many commercial, administrative and residential buildings and hotels that were newly established in the center of Prague. After 2000, the construction company, in accordance with the growing demand, began to focus on the construction of family houses and by 2009 had realized the complete construction of dozens of houses in Prague and around the city.

Since 2009, the company has continued with the property management, and in 2020 was established a real estate agency, which now mediates the sale of dozens of residential and commercial properties. In 2021, the IREAG branch was established in London. In 2022, the INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE ASSET GROUP celebrated its 30th anniversary, since its foundation.
